Throughout my childhood and young adult life, my last name tended to be the bud of many jokes. In the past seven years, however, my name has been making “a name” for itself in the Phoenix real estate market. My slogan, Grabbing Homes By The Horn, not only makes a strong statement, it also reflects the way I approach my work. It hopefully demonstrates a very fun and light-hearted side of me as well as the competitive spirit that fuels the way I handle my business. My competitive nature is ultimately what drives me to succeed. Drive is the difference between someone who succeeds and someone who fails. Drive can be the difference between your home selling quickly for the right price or your home sitting on the market for a long period of time and selling under market value. Drive can be the difference between you getting that home that just came on the market a few hours ago because your agent was on top of his game or you missing out on the home of your dreams because an agent was not working for you that day.

I have two motivating factors that drive me to sell real estate. First and foremost is my family. I have a beautiful and supporting wife, a football-crazed three year old son and the sweetest, most adorable blonde, blued-eyed twin girls (daddy’s just a little bit over protective of these girls already). As you read this, you may be thinking about what drives you; providing for my family is what drives me. The second motivating factor that compels me to sell real estate is my clients. I am absolutely driven to provide my clients with world class service so that I can create a long lasting relationship that both of us will value. There is nothing more gratifying to me than a past client referring me to their friends or family, or when one of my investor clients sells a property and gets one step closer to financial freedom. My goal is to help provide each and every one of my clients the opportunity to reach that financial freedom in what ever way I can.

I was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. I have achieved several levels of success in my life. My passion for football led me to a full college scholarship. My work ethic led me to work on one of the most successful Real Estate teams in the nation. My drive and ambition led me to start my own real estate team. I am not in the real estate business to collect commission checks and sell a client just any home. I am in real estate to create financial freedom for my family and my clients.
