He is comprehensive and communicative–both of which are necessary characteristics but often not found in real estate agents. He is always available, willing to quickly preview homes. Steve is very knowledgeable about the Arizona market and is a business savvy agent. He’s a great listener and sounding board for discussing the pros and cons of a property. Sometimes he was more critical than I of a given property, and that told me he was willing to be honest about a property even if it meant he did not make the sale. Such honesty and forthrightness is rare in any business. I have been very impressed with his follow through and continued involvement even after a sale has been made.
